How to place a custom order!

“Custom items will require at least 2 weeks notice, or more. Email ASAP in order for myself to organize and plan accordingly to create your custom items. Some dates may be booked in advance, so the sooner the better.”

Orders are not confirmed until a deposit is made to hold the date of your order.

Please provide:

  • Date/Time needed.

  • Item/s in question.

  • Picture/Color references.

  • Quantity/Number of people to feed. (Please check minimums on MENU tab.)

  • Any allergies/dietary restrictions.

Pick-Up location + Delivery

Pick up: location is in Pomona, CA. (Apx: Garey & Foothill Ave)

Deliveries: Will start at $10 locally, and prices will vary on location/time/mileage. Please include delivery address for quote.

Deposit + Payment

All orders will require at least a 50% deposit (Non-refundable within a cancellation 48hrs of event date).

Once your order details are in, an invoice will be made with payment information. Once the deposit is made, your order is confirmed. Preferred payment methods are Venmo and Zelle. If card payment is needed, I can create a custom payment link through my web-store.

Pricing

The prices listed on my menu are base prices that will be modified to fit your unique item. Prices will vary based on market prices and labor. I will always be willing to work within a budget as long as it is made clear on both of our ends.

Custom Designs & Decoration

Custom designs and decorations will be made specifically for your own order. I will take all references and directions provided, while also putting my own style, touch and technique into each item.
